Thank You Note
This is something simpler than I usually write, but I felt led to do so, tonight. I felt like I should spend just a moment meditating on and thinking about the good things the Lord has given to me. I don’t do that as much as I should anyway, and I think there are others who might feel pulled to do the same thing in their own life. This will hardly be everything I can think of, but I know it will be a whole lot.
Thank You, Father, for…
My comfortable and warm house.
My dad.
My mom.
My brothers.
My sister.
My grandparents.
My aunts and uncles — my whole extended family.
My dog.
My comfortable and specially designed cart.
Heritage Church.
My friends.
Access to a good school.
My country.
My neighborhood.
Healing my body.
Protecting me from pain.
Technology that makes it so Em Rose is not really far away.
Fun posters on my bedroom walls.
Money to spend on video games for my brother.
Light to read.
All my books.
Plenty of clothes that fit me.
The freedom to thank You publicly, without the fear of harm.
Thank You, Father, for all of these and everything else that could fill a hundred lists.
