A Picture

Last night, at the Spirit-Filled Living service that happens at the end of every month, during worship, I felt like I saw an image that was very clear and specific, and I shared it during church, and wanted to also share here, because it was really cool.

I saw a huge auditorium that was beautifully decorated, with pillars draped in red curtains, and there was a big stage, like the kind an orchestra would play for a large crowd, with lights and instruments and microphones and all of that. But when the image sort of turned, there weren’t rows of fancy chairs, but one big golden throne that you couldn’t even fully see. It was physically empty, but I felt strongly that God was showing me what he sees when we make time for worship, whether publicly in a service, just focusing on that, or doing devotions or whenever we carve out time in our day to just be with God, and that was something I wanted to write down somewhere. I remembered that I wanted to this morning, so here it is!
